Acal BFi have signed an agreement with SiTime, to enable us to offer SiTime's silicon-based MEMS oscillators, the most reliable currently on the market.

Through leading MEMS technology combined with advanced analog circuit design expertise, SiTime have developed a programmable all-silicon timing architecture with unique features and unmatched performance to meet any design requirement.

SiT1552 – Ultra-small, precision, 32.768 kHz TCXO

SiTime's TempFlat MEMS technology enables the first 32.768 kHz TCXO in a 1.2mm² chip-scale package, the world's smallest footprint. Typical core supply current is only 1μA. And unlike standard oscillators, the SiT1552 features NanoDrive™, a factory programmable output that reduces voltage swing to minimise power. The SiT1552 is factory calibrated over multiple temperature points to guarantee extremely tight frequency stability from ±10 ppm to ±20 ppm (initial + over temperature).

The SiT9003 is the industry's lowest power programmable spread spectrum oscillator with a LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output. It is a single chip solution that replaces a spread spectrum IC and an external crystal.
