Honeywell PX3 seriesHoneywell PX3 series sensors are fully calibrated and temperature compensated pressure transducers, designed to deliver accurate data in extreme conditions. Each is fully temperature compensated from -40°C to +135°C to provide accurate measurement up to an industry-leading 667 psi.

With a Total Error Band of just ±1.0% (FSS typical), the PX3 series provides the most comprehensive, clear and meaningful indication of the true measurement performance over a specified temperature range. With this level of accuracy and reliability, customers can rely on greater system uptime and efficiency.

The PX3 series uses piezoresistive sensing technology with Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) signal conditioning and Metri-Pack 150 electrical connector. With solid brass housing, the PX3 is a robust solution that can be customised to meet almost any customer requirement.

Customers can choose almost any combination of specification. As standard, the PX3 series includes of choice of five port type options, multiple output transfer function voltages, two pressure references (sealed gauge or absolute), huge range of pressure (from 15 psi to 667 psi), and two seal materials (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber or Silcone) and temperature range options.

Acal BFi can also specify, commission and supply custom products from Honeywell, tailor made to exactly meet customer requirements, using decades of technical expertise to ensure customers access the ‘right’ solution for their specific needs.

The PX3 series is commonly found in HVAC, refrigeration, air compressor and pump and valve system applications and is perfectly suited to those who need absolute accuracy over vast temperature and pressure conditions.

*IP68 - Immersion beyond 1m - The equipment is suitable for continuous immersion in water under conditions which shall be specified by the manufacturer. Normally, this will mean that the equipment is hermetically sealed. However, with certain types of equipment, it can mean that water can enter but only in such a manner that it produces no harmful effects. Dust Tight - No ingress of dust; complete protection against contact.
