Offering best-in-class measurement performance, the picoammeters and electrometers provide a 0.01 fA (0.01 x 1015 A) current measurement resolution in addition to measuring resistance up to 10 PΩ (10 x 1015 Ω).

Battery-powered units are also available, allowing low-level measurements without AC power line interference.

All models feature a 4.3" LCD which supports a variety of viewing modes including numeric, trend chart, and histogram, allowing the user to perform data analysis without a PC.
